The Thoracic Spine is the epicentre for upper body dysfunction. That means that if something along the T-spine isn’t quite right, the rest of the upper body feels it.
That is why MOBILIZING the T-Spine is of such importance, especially when dealing with conditions such as back, shoulder and neck pain.
ROTATION is especially important since the vast majority of our rotational mobility comes from the thoracic portion of our spine.
