Hamstring stretches are crucial to restoring and increasing your range of motion. Pre-workout stretching is something we take seriously, working on all the muscle groups, with a particular focus on connective and stablising muscle tissue. Experts often recommend that we all stretch each muscle group for at least one minute twice a week!
