I think it was my first time in almost 7 years! ????
They’re so hard but so good for you! They’re perfect to work on the acceleration phase of the 100m as we have to keep that same angle.
They’re also much safer on the hamstrings and on everything else as there is much less impact on this kind of surface (compared to a track).
