Caitlin graduated with undergraduate and an MSc in Sports Psychology, an interest that was sparked by her own experience as a pro swimming athlete.
Caitlin is highly experienced in optimising mental health to achieve success in sports and fitness. With experience in personal training and mental health in sport, she is the perfect choice for pro athletes and beginners.
Having started off as an international swimmer, Caitlin has fought through her fair share of challenges, including injury setbacks. Caitlin went on to complete a BSc and MSc in Sport Psychology, as well as qualifications in:
- Mental Health in Sport
- Personal Training Certification
- Sports Massage Certification
Caitlin's primary passion is in supporting and promoting all-round mental and physical health, because you cannot really have one without the other!
