Very proud of @itsyagirl_b_ who’s been doing online training with me for the past few months now!
Over a month and a half, she went from 25.4% to 21.9% body fat. Her weight didn’t change, but she lost 2kg of fat and her muscle mass increased from 25.5kg to 26.7kg!
She’s the perfect example that the number on the scale doesn’t matter! She feels better, stronger, leaner and healthier because she lost fat and gained a bit of muscle mass.
Did weight training make her look bulky? ????????♀️????
